Job summary

Mars is seeking a P&O Director to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across Finance, Corporate Affairs, Enterprise Deployment and Legal in MSNA. You will shape talent, organization and capability strategies to accelerate value creation and drive cultural harmonization in a post-integration environment.

The role requires high urgency leadership, design of functional structures, and coaching across matrixed teams to optimize effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Minimum 8–10 years HR experience, with enterprise or shared services exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to shape people strategies for the region.
• Design and align structures to support the operating model.
• Provide coaching to senior leaders to improve performance.
• Drive talent strategy, succession planning and capability building.
