Job summary

Mars, Incorporated is seeking a P&O Director for Mars Snacking North America to act as the strategic partner to senior leaders across Finance, Corporate Affairs, Enterprise Deployment, and Legal. This role will shape talent, organization, and capability strategies to accelerate value creation and harmonize culture post-integration, reporting to the SVP P&O.

The position emphasizes transformation, coaching, and organizational design, with extensive stakeholder engagement and matrix leadership

Qualifications

Transformation & change management experience.
Strategic organizational design experience.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Executive coaching & influence with senior leaders.
Matrix organization navigation experience.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities
