Job summary

Knight Wall Systems Inc. in Washington seeks an experienced HR Director to lead our people strategy, reporting directly to the COO. This full-time onsite position guides workforce planning, leadership development, and culture across manufacturing and operations.

You will build a high-performing HR function, partner with executives on business decisions, and develop programs to recruit, retain, and develop talent while aligning HR initiatives with our growth and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of progressive senior HR leadership experience; strategic and hands-on.
• Experience in manufacturing/construction/distribution or similar operations.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with executive partners.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.
• Build recruiting strategies and strengthen talent pipeline.
• Coach managers and improve performance management and accountability.
• Develop HR processes, data, and technology to add value to the organization.
• Partner with executives on business decisions and organizational design.
