Position Overview
The Director of Human Resources is a strategic, people-focused leader responsible for overseeing HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and employment risk while helping shape and strengthen the company’s culture. This role requires an experienced HR professional who can independently lead the HR function, exercise sound judgment, and provide guidance to leadership while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR operations.

Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is strongly preferred. The Director should understand the HR considerations associated with supporting employees who work within a regulated Quality Management System (QMS), while maintaining the distinction that HR operates independently of the QMS structure.
