Responsibilities

• Mentor junior analysts and elevate the team's analytical rigor
• Frame the tradeoff so a busy executive can choose in sixty seconds
• Reallocate spend toward whatever business channel is actually working
• Translate 12 years of messy history into a forecast you'd stake your name on
• Evaluate new initiatives through rigorous business cases and ROI analysis
• Keep the director leadership deck honest, current, and free of vanity charts
• Decide the one number this quarter's business effort lives or dies by
• Define success metrics for business programs and report on outcomes
