Swinomish Casino & Lodge is seeking an HR Director to provide strategic leadership of our HR department and programs. You will guide recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and organizational development aligned with SCL’s mission and workforce needs.

Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Committee, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal laws, manage HR data and systems, and foster a positive employee experience while leading a team and budget in a dynamic,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ progressive HR management experience, including senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple HR functions and compliance.
• This role requires onsite work with in-person interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of HR programs, services, and operations.
• Advise CEO and executives on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and evaluate HR policies, programs, and training for long-term capability.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR records.
