Job summary

Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies, benefits programs, and compliance across the resort. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver personalized guest and team member experiences, administer benefits, conduct investigations as needed, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Bachelor’s degree with prior HR management experience is required; hotel/resort HR experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with prior HR management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in HR management within a hotel/resort setting is a plus (Forbes/AAA/Relais & Chateaux).
• Thorough knowledge of HR functions and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Administer team member benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, and FMLA/Leaves.
• Conduct quarterly audits on hours worked to verify work status.
• Organize annual Open Enrollment meetings with benefit partners.
• Provide support, counseling and recommendations to management and team members; conduct investigations as needed.
• Facilitate all team member status changes and termination paperwork in ADP.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and recordkeeping requirements.
• Design, implement and audit HR policies and procedures.
• Manage Work Comp program and participate in safety Team activities.
• Participate in budgeting and P&L reviews.
• Attend resort meetings and contribute to team member relations and culture.
• Plan and manage employee recognition events and engagement initiatives.
