Job summary

Jabil is seeking an HR Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to drive strategic decision-making and improve HR processes. The role is based on-site at the Florence, KY campus and requires strong data analysis and reporting skills across HR metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in a data analyst role, experience with Power BI dashboards, and familiarity with HRIS systems like Workday or UKG. Collaboration with IT and data privacy compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in HR or BI.
• Experience with PowerBI dashboards and KPI management including turnover and attendance.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday/UKG) is a plus for reporting.
• Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training accepted.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize HR data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.
• Analyze trends and patterns in HR data to inform workforce strategy.
• Present findings clearly to HR leadership and stakeholders.
• Support data-driven HR strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity, security, and access.
• Evaluate and implement new HR analytics tools and technologies.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests for HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
• Perform other duties as needed.
