Job summary

Gucci in Italy seeks an HR Controller to align cost control with HR operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. You will partner with HR and Finance to manage people-related costs and provide strategic insights for leadership.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and collaboration across functions in a dynamic luxury brand environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3/4 years in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience in an international environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• People Cost Analysis: monitor HR costs and provide insights for leadership.
• Monthly closings: ensure accurate HR cost packages with HR and Finance.
• Budgeting & forecasting: lead processes for HR costs aligned to workforce plans.
• Cost optimization: identify and implement HR cost-saving initiatives.
• Ad hoc analyses and business cases for HR initiatives and investments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with HR Partners and Finance Controllers.
