WatchGuard Technologies is seeking an experienced HR leader to provide maternity leave coverage for our Director, Human Resources – Americas. This role focuses on compensation strategy, merit planning, bonus administration, and HR business partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Significant experience leading merit cycles and bonus calculations.
• Strong compensation analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end merit review process for ≈1,100 employees globally.
• Own calculation of annual bonus payments based on MBO attainment.
• Analyze internal equity and market competitiveness for pay decisions.
• Partner with Finance and senior executives to finalize merit decisions.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and presentations.
