• Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of communications experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years and lead experience or 12+ years of communications experience with lead experience.

• Develop and lead enterprise HR communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as communications advisor to CHRO and HR Leadership Team.
• Coordinate communications across HR functions for clear, consistent messaging.
• Develop plans supporting HR initiatives, programs, policies, and transformations.
• Establish governance and messaging frameworks across HR.
