Job summary

White Cap is seeking a senior corporate communications leader to shape, deliver and guide strategic communications for the HR department. You will partner with HR and senior leaders to ensure messaging aligns with values, culture and business goals.

In this role you will translate complex concepts into clear narratives, manage cross-channel messaging, and develop comprehensive communication plans. You will advise on risks, craft executive speeches, and mentor teams while advancing White Cap’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in communications or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications or PR.
• Experience translating complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex concepts into simple narratives for diverse audiences.
• Manage messaging across platforms to ensure clarity and impact.
• Develop and manage comprehensive communication plans aligned with objectives.
• Provide counsel to senior leadership on messaging and risk.
• Create executive communications (speeches, memos, talking points).
• Mentor staff and lead cross-functional communication projects.
