Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with senior leaders across business lines. You will guide organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies in support of Bank objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead succession planning, drive change initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights to improve engagement and performance. On-site SF location; travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, OD, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Typically requires 7+ years in a strategic HR role, with experience coaching senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and business strategy.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Business Partnerships: Build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, business leaders, and HR COEs; serve as strategic adviser on organizational development and talent strategies.
• Talent Strategy: Lead succession and workforce planning, support leadership development, assess talent risks, and design retention and engagement strategies.
• Organizational Design & Change Management: Guide organizational structures, lead restructurings, and drive cross-functional change initiatives.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use people analytics and dashboards to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Culture & Engagement: Assess functional health and partner with leaders to foster an engaging environment reflecting our culture and values.
• Leader Coaching: Provide candid coaching to leaders to support development and strengthening leadership acumen.
• Collaboration: Act as an orchestrator between business and People + Culture to foster open communication and co-create solutions.
