Banner Health is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner across 30+ outpatient locations in the Phoenix area. You will guide leaders on talent, engagement, and organizational change while navigating complex employee relations, workforce planning and leadership development initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven HR solutions, collaboration with a broad leadership team, and delivering high-impact programs to improve retention and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HRM or related discipline required.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible HR management experience in a large, multi-site organization.
• Experience in labor relations, workforce planning and leadership development.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce and succession planning, coaching leaders and facilitating talent reviews.
• Investigate employee relations concerns and support organizational changes.
• Analyze workforce trends and develop strategies to improve engagement and retention.
