Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to serve as a key on-site partner to the Supply Chain leadership. You will build relationships with business partners to execute strategy impacting workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management and engagement.

The role is based on-site at a Distribution Center, requiring travel up to 10–15%. You will collaborate with COEs, COE HR teams, and HRSS to implement enterprise HR initiatives and drive culture and organizational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadership.
• Experience working within a Union environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10%-15% (including plane travel).

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement and enterprise HR initiatives at the site.
• Partner with COEs, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS) to execute site responsibilities.
• Operate in the HR consulting model to support leadership with HR solutions and processes.
