Job summary

UCHealth Leprino Building AMC in Aurora, CO is seeking an HR Consultant to provide consultative services to assigned areas, aligning human resources support with business strategies and needs.

The role partners with leadership to drive workforce initiatives including engagement, recruitment, compensation, performance management, and leadership development, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This is an onsite, full-time, day-shift position with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with assigned business units/teams to support needs for engagement, employee recruitment, hiring, compensation, talent/performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Advises leadership on the development and implementation of workforce best practices that advance the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.
• Provides coaching on the handling of employee relations matters, including managing performance, managing conflict, and addressing retention issues.
• Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures. Advises on the latest developments and trends in human resources policy interpretation, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and federal/state/local law.

Education
