Job summary

You will act as a strategic partner under the Director of HR, supporting merit cycles, equity decisions, and annual compensation, while driving organizational design and development initiatives in a fast-growing production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Manufacturing experience highly desired.
• Strategic thinker with execution ability.
• Experience in change and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR Directors.
• Translate business goals into HR priorities across client groups.
• Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and interventions.
• Partner with leaders on org design, restructuring, and change management.
• Drive performance management cycles, coaching, and calibration.
• Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D on development plans.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Ensure policy consistency across units while adapting locally.
• Partner with Legal/ER on terminations, accommodations, investigations.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws across regions.
• Escalate between business leaders and COEs (TA, Comp, Benefits, HRIS, Payroll).
• Ensure SLAs from shared services meet business needs; flag gaps.
• Standardize processes while balancing centralized efficiency with local flexibility.
• Provide feedback to COEs to improve shared services.
• Guide merit cycles, promotions, and equity adjustments with COE.
• Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Support annual compensation planning and budgeting.
• Facilitate manager training on HR tools and policies.
• Coordinate engagement survey action planning.
• Support open enrollment and HR calendar events.
• Lead HR projects aligned with overall HR strategy.
