Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to support the Customer Strategy and Products and Services teams. This role partners with the Executive Leadership Team to evolve HR strategy, translate needs into action, and drive workforce planning, engagement, culture, and compensation across a large matrixed organization.

The incumbent will lead collaboration with HR COEs, influence senior leaders, and execute annual HR processes while delivering operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven (7) years minimum of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders to prioritize workforce requirements and prepare talent plans.
• Align HR processes with business objectives and enterprise initiatives.
• Provide strategic consultation to senior leaders on HR matters and data-driven insights.
• Educate leaders on HR services and value of HR programs.
• Support performance, merit, and succession planning processes.
• Coach on employee engagement trends and issue resolution.
