Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing scope and business partnership responsibility.
Minimum of 4 years of dedicated HR Business Partner experience supporting senior business leaders.
Experience as HRBP for a business, division, or operating unit of $500M+ revenue in a complex matrixed environment.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into workforce, talent, organizational and leadership priorities.
Experience in strategic workforce planning, talent assessment and succession, organization effectiveness, and performance management.
Experience supporting multiple worker populations including corporate and field workforces.
Experience in environments with non-CBA and union-represented employees preferred.

Responsibilities

Build deep understanding of the business including strategy, operations, financial drivers, customers, and workforce.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce, organizational, and leadership matters.
Translate business priorities into integrated people and workforce strategies.
Partner with operational leaders, field leadership, Labor Relations, and other HR partners to address workforce needs.
Lead strategic workforce planning in partnership with business leaders and Talent Acquisition.
Coach leaders on building stronger teams, leadership development, and performance management.
Advise leaders through growth, restructuring, and change initiatives.
Connect workforce decisions to longer-term business growth and capability needs.
