Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to managers across multiple Service Center functions in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

You will translate employment laws into practical guidance and coach leaders on performance, accountability, and workplace concerns. This role requires coaching across states, partnering with Legal and HR teams, and driving talent strategies while upholding CAPLICO values.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations.
• Experience supporting multiple managers across states.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• PHR/SHRM certification preferred.

• Build trusted relationships with managers and leaders.

• Coach managers on performance, accountability, and difficult conversations.
• Develop and deliver training on employee relations and policy compliance.
