Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting large, non-exempt populations.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and compensation; experience with HR functions including recruiting and organizational development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365; Power BI experience a plus.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, multi-state compliance, and DEI practices.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees as a strategic HR advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
• Lead workplace investigations, manage employee relations matters, track trends, and provide compliant recommendations.
• Support onboarding and development of leaders, coaching managers to build high-performing teams.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to deliver proactive HR support.
