The position is full-time, in-office only with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary range is $95,200–$117,000 per year, with relocation options discussed as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–6+ years of HR and associate relations experience.
• Experience with multi-site foodservice or retail environments.
• Strong customer service and partnership building.
• SHRM/PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on HR issues and employee relations.
• Conduct internal investigations and prepare required documentation.
• Partner with managers on corrective action and performance improvement plans.
• Interpret HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Provide HR data analysis, KPI dashboards, and education to managers.
