Job summary

In-N-Out Burger in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Learning & Development Partner for a full-time in-office role to advance professional and leadership development for our Support and Corporate teams (not stores).

The candidate will design content, deliver workshops, monitor impact, collaborate with HR and department leaders, and manage curricula with travel ~10% to CA/TX/TN. Relocation options to Baldwin Park HQ will apply when opened; salary ranges $90,320-$105,000 with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years corporate learning, talent, and/or organizational development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiar with Learning & Development practices and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience managing projects and building relationships across the organization.
• Customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Asana and Canva a plus.
• Spanish language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, source, and create growth and development content and materials.
• Deliver leadership and professional development workshops in-person and virtual.
• Monitor and evaluate content for currency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR partners and department leaders on solutions for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Support and Corporate leaders to meet growth needs.
• Research and utilize effective media for knowledge transfer and skill building.
• Manage projects to create, execute, and evaluate curricula.
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling classes and enrollment.
