The In-N-Out Burger HR Talent and Organization Team has an excellent opportunity for an Organizational Development Partner, located in the Irvine, CA Office. The Organizational Development Partner reports to the Organizational Development Manager.
In this role, you will partner with internal customers to identify the skills, competencies, and performance outcomes that move their growth strategy forward. This is a consultative role at its core and the ability to understand root cause even if it is not clear at first is paramount to the partnership.
Using complex data through engagement surveys, 360s and leadership assessments, development planning, or succession and talent review, we benchmark against best practices, while understanding what the internal customer can truly implement. Our team aims to provide leaders clear understanding of their people and their operation to equip them to make informed decisions.
Strategic curiosity is pivotal to this role. Requests are not taken at face value; we dig for the real question underneath it, then work in lockstep with the internal customer to build the solution together. As In-N-Out continues to grow, this work becomes more important. Our team demonstrates strong stewardship of its people, process, and culture, to help the organization build the capability it needs to support the growth.
