Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to support site HR programs and initiatives within the eyewear logistics operations. The role will involve collaborating with the Logistics HR Business Partner, supervising HRGs, and leading time studies to improve efficiency.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years’ progressive HR experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and programs.
• Experience executing change initiatives and working across functions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Logistics HR Business Partner to support site HR programs and initiatives.
• Supervise 1-2 HRGs on campus and support training of HRGs.
• Lead third-party time studies to improve efficiency and trust with associates.
• Communicate flow and scope with frontline and site leadership.
• Serve as HR Business Partner for eyewear logistics operations.
