Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across SmartSolutions business units.
• Present findings and recommendations to mid-level stakeholders.
• Own the relationship with the Work Ethic vendor so it stops being a fire drill.
• Coordinate with regional offices to standardize processes across KY.
• Read a Work Ethic dashboard and know which line is lying to you.
