Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/Management/Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with coaching and performance management.
• 2+ years addressing employee relations and investigations.
• Ability to coach supervisors on policies and practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR laws, processes, and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation to units to promote an engaged workforce.
• Coach supervisors on team development and performance management.
• Administer HR policies and mitigate organizational risk.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, HRIS, and recruitment to support outcomes.
• Lead investigations on employee concerns and interacts with unions/contracts.
• Use data and dashboards to influence decisions and improve culture.
