The role supports talent solutions aligned with business strategies and operates in a fast-paced environment, providing day-to-day support and strategic coaching on talent, development, and culture. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner, strong communication and confidentiality skills, and the ability to manage complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust.
• Maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; multi-task capable.
• Experience navigating a complex environment with strong communication.
• Ability to implement region/business-unit programs and change management.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Balanced focus on people, results, and analytics.
• Construction industry experience is helpful but not required.
• Travel: 2 days/month to Milwaukee, WI and 3 days/week to Warrenton, MO.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop talent strategies.
• Lead onboarding, performance, engagement, culture, development, and compensation initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Develop workforce plans and succession strategies.
• Coach leaders on performance and employee relations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to implement best practices.
• Mentor HR team members and support HR strategy development.
