McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. is seeking a driven HR Business Partner to support designated Business Unit(s) by developing and implementing talent solutions that align with business strategies and plans.

This role partners with leaders to coach, advise on performance, onboarding, engagement, and culture initiatives, while managing employee relations and data-driven HR programs across multiple sites, including Milwaukee and Warrenton MO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Ability to navigate sensitive situations with confidentiality.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports designated business leaders by developing and implementing talent strategies for onboarding, performance, engagement, culture and compensation.
• Leads core HR processes and initiatives aligned with business goals for the unit(s).
• Analyzes HR metrics and trends; partners with HR teams to drive data-driven decisions.
• Develops succession and talent development plans to meet business needs.
• Coaches leaders and manages employee relations with a focus on constructive solutions.
• Travels to project sites to support talent and HR operations as needed.
