Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8-10 years of HR experience including the HRBP role.
• Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-cultural organization.
• Strong analytical and people leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic partnership between business and HR as coach and change leader.
• Translate organizational needs into action plans to meet goals and strategies.
• Partner with leaders, COEs, and global stakeholders to deliver HR programs.
• Drive Organization Design, Performance, Talent, and Compensation programs with the business.
• Collaborate with Staffing and Recruiting to ensure diverse, timely hiring.
• Lead workforce and succession planning aligned to enterprise objectives.
