Responsibilities

• Understand business initiatives affecting assigned areas and initiatives impacting groups.
• Evaluate trends and metrics and provide direction on solutions.
• Ensure people, processes, programs, and systems align with CW’s mission and objectives.
• Consult with leadership to provide HR guidance and implement plans based on operational drivers.
• Develop leadership presence and influence change management within units.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on learning, talent management, succession planning, and total rewards.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues with objective investigations and appropriate escalation when warranted.
• Identify people gaps with leaders and facilitate change processes to mitigate risk.
• Interpret HR policies and guidelines and recommend changes to support business needs.
• Collaborate across HR to share best practices and participate in initiatives.
