Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Advisor, Human Resources Business Partner to align HR support with business objectives across the organization. You will act as a coach to leaders, drive leadership development, and ensure effective talent management and performance practices.

You will influence HR processes, participate in change management, leverage Total Rewards insights, and partner with centers of expertise to deliver value. A strong business literacy and healthcare HR experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong coaching and leadership development skills.
• Experience with talent management and employee engagement.
• Healthcare HR exposure and HRO mindset is a plus.
