Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in analytics or HR data roles.
• Experience with HR and payroll data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of Home Depot's HR, Payroll and related business data and processes to identify trends, root causes, and solutions.
• Coordinate design, development and implementation of analytical tools, technology and business solutions to improve HR decisions and drive efficiency.
• Gather functional requirements, maintain documentation, and develop project plans and status reports for Analytics projects and IT/HR Services support.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports and visual aids to educate and influence HR clients and business leaders.
• Educate business leaders on the availability and use of analytical tools and the opportunities of HR information assets.
