Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Human Resources Advisor in Norcross, GA to guide managers and employees on HR policies and procedures across onboarding, performance management, and benefits. You will support the rollout of HR strategies and manage complex communications while ensuring regulatory compliance and handling investigations as needed.

The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence across levels, and familiarity with Workday and HR systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Human Resources or related area.
• Experience in a large organization with complex systems and multi-site responsibilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with Workday and other information systems used in HR applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on onboarding, performance management, employee development, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Assist in implementation of company-wide HR strategies.
• Support change management and communications initiatives.
• Liaise between field and corporate to roll out HR initiatives across locations.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and conduct investigations when needed.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, recognition, and performance management at branches.
