Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud (NMC²) is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve our most strategic HPC and cloud customers. You will be a trusted technical advisor, helping clients design, deploy, and scale compute‑intensive workloads—from AI/ML training to scientific simulations—while aligning with sales and product to showcase our platform.

In this high‑impact role you will own critical technical engagements, optimize performance, deliver compelling demos, relay customer feedback to the product

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles such as Cloud Solutions Architect, TAC, or Customer Engineer.
• Hands-on experience in cloud and HPC environments.
• Experience with CUDA/OpenCL, MPI and ML workloads.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic customers, troubleshooting HPC, cloud, and AI/ML challenges.
• Guide customers in optimizing compute performance for ML training, inference, and simulations on the NMC² platform.
• Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and deliver technical demos.
• Bridge between customers and product, relaying feedback and aligning roadmaps.
• Engage with stakeholders to negotiate solutions and remove blockers for strategic accounts.
• Contribute to technical documentation and reference architectures.
