Job summary

Aloft Frisco is seeking a Sales Manager to solicit and become familiar with all accounts in designated market segments, prospect and close assigned accounts to boost hotel revenues. The role collaborates with the Director of Sales to meet revenue and market share goals for one or more properties.

Responsibilities include maintaining professionalism, managing time, handling high-pressure situations, and executing sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in related field desired.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Solicit assigned accounts to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain familiarity with market segment accounts.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales to meet hotel revenue and market share goals.
• Conduct sales appointments and calls to prospect new accounts and opportunities.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and professional organizations.
