Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of past sales experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of market trends, competition, and key customers of the hotel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt communication style.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Produce room, banquet, and room rental revenue through prospecting and presentations.
• Close sales with contracts, negotiations, and written proposals.
• Coordinate departments' participation in servicing accounts.
• Prepare information, meet with, and entertain clients as appropriate.
• Attend trade shows and industry meetings.
