Job summary

PM Hotel Group seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee Hotel Hive in Washington, DC, with full responsibility for operations including the licensed pizza shop, front office, housekeeping, and engineering. You will lead a dynamic F&B-centered hotel and drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement.

The position is full-time, on-site, exempt, reporting to the Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality management
• Senior leadership role at a hotel for at least two years
• Strong F&B experience and brand development

Responsibilities

• Own all areas of the operation including front office, housekeeping, engineering, and food + beverage
• Lead through your leadership team to maximize financial performance and guest satisfaction
• Direct development and execution of annual strategic and operations plans
• Inspire leaders and colleagues to foster a guest-focused, results-oriented environment
• Deliver best-in-class guest service by training, feedback, and incentive programs
• Collaborate with shared services to maximize performance and engage with company initiatives
