Job summary
La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club, Inc. in San Diego is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to drive revenue across group and leisure segments.
You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute strategies that maximize occupancy, ADR, and profitability while maintaining high-value client relationships. The ideal candidate combines hospitality sales expertise with strong business development, relationship management, and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven hospitality sales experience with 5+ years in sales leadership.
- Strong relationship management and strategic account development.
- Ability to lead, organize, and execute complex sales plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate, association, university, government, entertainment, travel industry, and leisure accounts.
- Collaborate with Catering & Conference Services and Operations to ensure seamless sales-to-execution transition.
- Represent La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club and La Jolla Shores Hotel at industry events and client functions.
- Develop compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
