Qualifications

Associates or higher degree; or one year related experience and/or training.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak English effectively to guests, members or employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Beach Services operations.
Develop and monitor department budget and forecasts.
Train Beach Service Leads and Crew.
Ensure safety and cleanliness of beach/pool areas.
Supervise shifts and schedule staff.
Maintain Beach Registration Log and related records.
Coordinate with police, lifeguards, and fire department as needed.
