Hotel Equities seeks a Director of Sales for a 110-room Holiday Inn Express in Fargo, ND. You will lead the hotel''s sales program, cultivate relationships with clients, and drive group business across rooms, F&B and catering.

The role requires weekend availability and strong English communication skills. As a seasoned sales leader with 2+ years in hotel sales, you will execute sales and marketing strategies, manage the department budget, and report performance against profit plans to maximize

Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel sales experience.
• Experience with major brands (Marriott/Hyatt/IHG/Wyndham).
• Proven ability to read, write and speak English with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key clients to generate group business including room, F&B and catering/banquet sales.
• Attend networking events and liaise with local community groups and associations to generate hotel sales.
• Develop contracts and follow up with customers to close business.
• Develop and manage the department budget and monitor sales activity against profit plans.
