Job summary

Bluejack National seeks a Purchasing Manager to own end-to-end procurement, ensuring the right products and services meet brand, quality, and safety standards while supporting guest experiences and margin goals.

You will lead sourcing across F&B, FF&E, OS&E, and services, negotiate terms, manage P2P processes, and drive cost reductions. Strong Excel skills, contract management experience, and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of hotel or hospitality procurement experience, pre-opening and/or F&B buying a plus.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills; data-driven with advanced Excel/procurement software proficiency.
• Knowledge of inventory control, P2P/ERP systems, and three-way match.
• Familiarity with food safety and relevant local regulations.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement for Bluejack National to ensure best total cost, on-time delivery, and compliance with brand standards.
• Source F&B, OS&E, FF&E, housekeeping, engineering, and service contracts; run bids, analyze quotes, and manage contracts.
• Create and manage POs; ensure three-way match and on-time deliveries; coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Set par levels, min/max, reorder points; monitor stock turns, expiries, and variances; drive cost control.
• Collaborate with Finance/DOF on budgets, forecasts, and internal controls; align with operations and culinary leadership.
• Lead Purchasing/Receiving team; set KPIs and drive supplier performance improvements; ensure compliance and safety.
