Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of five years in purchasing supervision or management within gaming/hospitality.
• Experience in food and beverage purchasing for luxury properties is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and purchase materials, parts, and equipment in a cost-effective, timely manner while upholding quality standards.
• Lead the Purchasing Team in vendor negotiations and strategy formulation.
• Monitor requisition activity and ensure accurate handling of requests.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels and product availability to meet needs.
• Develop and enforce purchasing policies and procedures across departments.
• Review bids and quotations and prepare detailed procurement reports.
