Job summary

Premier is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain to oversee the hospital's Supply Distribution Center (SDC). Under the direction of the Supply Distribution Manager, you will supervise daily operations including receiving, staff scheduling, inventory control, and distribution of medical and surgical supplies.

You will ensure timely delivery, maintain Min-Max/EOQ/JIT/LUM processes, manage par area replenishment, and coordinate with internal customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience in receiving, inventory control and distribution.
• Strong communication skills for supervising staff and coordinating with management.
• Proficient in Materials Management Information Systems and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervises SDC staff, assigns and schedules receiving, inventory and distribution tasks.
• Oversees receipt and timely delivery of materials across the medical center.
• Manages central stores replenishment, Min-Max, EOQ, JIT, and LUM processes.
• Oversees par area management and replenishment across hospital locations.
• Assists in development and administration of plans, policies, and procedures.
