Premier is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain in Boston to lead the Supply Distribution Center operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate receiving, inventory, and distribution of medical supplies, and ensure timely delivery across the hospital.

This role requires experience in hospital distribution, strong communication, and a focus on process improvement and staff development. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in receiving, inventory control, and distribution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for supervising staff.

Responsabilités

• Supervise SDC employees, assign staff, schedule and evaluate performance.
• Oversee receipt and timely delivery of materials and equipment across the hospital.
• Manage central stores operations: Min-Max, EOQ, JIT, and LUM replenishment.
• Oversee par area management and replenishment across hospital locations.
• Assist in development and implementation of policies and procedures.
