Job summary

Premier is seeking a Manager Materials Management to lead the Materials Management group, coordinating requisitioning, operating room supplies, logistics, inventory control, and staff oversight in a hospital environment.

You will drive distribution and inventory functions, establish par levels, coordinate with clinical staff, develop KPIs, and implement cost-saving process improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience in materials management or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant fields listed in education.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to manage front-line resources.
• Knowledge of inventory control and par level management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distribution/Receiving/Inventory/Warehouse teams and set staffing plans.
• Oversee par level management and inventory control across client sites.
• Manage receiving, storeroom, distribution, and inventory management processes.
• Improve supply chain processes and implement KPI reporting across locations.
• Coordinate operating room supplies and inventory control to support patient care.
• Ensure training on MMIS and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities and cost-saving measures.
