The role demands independent work, strong relationship building, excellent communication, CRM proficiency (Veeva/Salesforce), and willingness to travel to hospitals, ORs, and clinics to achieve sales goals. Credentialing with healthcare institutions is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong CRM and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel to cover territory and clinics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan to grow a geographic territory and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers.
• Call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across multiple subspecialties.
• Understand and communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel periodically for field activities and coordinate with internal teams to maximize ROI.
• Track territory information in a CRM and pursue opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals.
