Job summary

Mission Regional Medical Center is a 297-bed non-profit hospital and part of Prime Healthcare. We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide overall day-to-day leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to sustain high-quality patient care and financial performance.

The role requires a master’s degree in a related field and at least five years of progressive healthcare administration leadership, with strong communication, leadership, and change-management skills to guide

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
• Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
• Demonstrates community commitment.
• Ability to lead at all levels of management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
