Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workload and community distribution for direct reports.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with Division Presidents and Vice Presidents of Construction.
• Oversee and implement the NHS Training Program.
