Job summary

City of Hope is looking for a candidate to manage financial operations, oversee LIMS systems, and provide administrative support. You will be involved in budget planning, billing management, and contract renewals, ensuring the efficient operation of lab services.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business and relevant administrative experience. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing both the operational and patient care aspects within the organization.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience with related administrative and project management responsibilities.
• Experience implementing and managing technology applications.
• Understanding of healthcare and/or laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Determine supply volumes and pricing, and define budget amounts for the next fiscal year.
• Monitor and maintain the billing matrix for City of Hope.
• Provide administrative oversight and support for the HLA administrative staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field

Master’s degree in Leadership, Organizational studies, MBA, MPH, MHA, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
